Sasha 0688c2b79d fix(db-postgres): sanitize tab/group path for table name (#8009 )

## Description

Fixes https://github.com/payloadcms/payload/issues/7109

Example of table structures that lead to the problem with camelCased
group / tab names.
`group_field_array_localized` - `groupField` -> `array` (has a localized
field inside)
`group_field_array_nested_array` - `groupField` -> `array` ->
`nestedArray`

Payload Drizzle Adapter

The Drizzle package is used by db-postgres and db-sqlite for shared functionality of SQL databases. It is not meant to be used directly in Payload projects.
