Allow a compound index to be used for upload collections via a
`filenameCompoundIndex` field. Previously, `filename` was always treated
as unique.
Usage:
```ts
{
slug: 'upload-field',
upload: {
// Slugs to include in compound index
filenameCompoundIndex: ['filename', 'alt'],
},
}
```
