Alessio Gravili 0cd83f0591 perf: upgrade json-schema-to-typescript and various other dependencies (#9076 )

This further reduces the amount of dependencies installed by payload.

Payload Drizzle Adapter

The Drizzle package is used by db-postgres and db-sqlite for shared functionality of SQL databases. It is not meant to be used directly in Payload projects.
